What Is M²

M² is an ecosystem of technologies, services, and standards designed to support a network of interconnected metaverses. Examples of metaverses include projects such as Sandbox and Roblox. By providing a foundation for novel experiences, asset sharing, and interaction across diverse metaversal experiences, M² encourages a thriving community of businesses, builders, and users.

We will bootstrap network adoption by offering powerful, publicly validated technology such as ‘Morpheus’ to all participants in exchange for supporting the network and its key principles of interoperability, enabling groundbreaking experiences. Additionally, existing metaverse projects developed by Improbable in collaboration with partners will kickstart network adoption. These projects have already committed to contributing to the network and ensuring different levels of interoperability.
